Cancellation Policy 

This Cancellation Policy governs the cancellation and refund of classes, consultation or similar online service (“Class”) offered by consultants on Ever Lasting Tips purchased by users having an account or a membership in the Platform. 

Cancellation made by a consultant 

If a consultant is unable to perform a Class booked by a user, the consultant shall first have the right to reschedule the Class. The rescheduling notice shall be made by the consultant to the user at latest 24 hours before the scheduled Class. The consultant may reschedule the Class to take place within two (2) months from the originally booked time. If the consultant is unable to reschedule the Class the consultant may cancel the Class. The cancellation notice shall be made by the consultant to the user at latest 24 hours before the scheduled Class. [Any rescheduling or cancellation must be made in the booking system offered by the Platform.] 

If the consultant is unable to reschedule the Class as described above or fails to notify the user of the rescheduling and/or cancellation of the Class in due time as described above, the consultant shall refund the full price of the Class paid by the users within fourteen (14) days of the originally booked time, using the same payment method.  

If the consultant does not refund the full price of the Class to the users as described above, they are liable for paying an interest to the price as set forth in the Finnish Interest Act (633/1982).  

Cancellation made by a user

The user may cancel their participation to the Class free of charge if the cancellation is made at latest 24 hours before the commencement of the Class. If the cancellation is made later than 24 hours before the commencement of the Class, the user is liable for paying 50 % of the price of the Class. If the user does not participate to the Class, and there is no cancellation made by the user according to the terms set above, the user is liable for paying 100 % of the price of the Class. [Any cancellation must be made in the booking system offered by the Platform.]  

The user recognizes and understands that after the user has participated to a Service, the user may not cancel the Class.  

Updates and changes to this Cancellation Policy

We may make changes to this Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “date of the latest revision” given above. It is your responsibility to review this Cancellation Policy frequently and to remain informed of any changes to them. The then-current version of this Cancellation Policy will supersede all earlier versions. You agree that your continued use of the Platform after such changes have been published will constitute your acceptance of such revised Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future Cancellation Policy, do not use or access (or continue to access) the Platform.
